Returns, Replacements & Refunds
If you're not entirely satisfied with a product you've received, you believe it to be damaged or just not to be what you were expecting, simply return the item unworn and in it's original packaging, stating your reason for returning the item and whether you would like a replacement item or a refund.
Unfortunately, we're only able to refund items which are unworn and in their original packaging, unless the item is suffering from a manufacturing fault that appears within a reasonable period of time following the original purchase date.
In this event all replacement or refund decisions will be at the sole descretion of the customer services manager.
We like to keep things as simple & straight forward as possible, believing in important things like things like honesty & integrity, therefore we're so confident that you'll love the quality & fit of our garments, we offer a 21 day money back guarantee on all items.
Just return the product back to ourselves at the address below, along with a brief note explaining the reason for return and whether you'd like a replacement item or a refund. We do recommend that returned items are sent by recorded delivery, to protect yourself, as we can't be held responsible for packages that don't arrive.
Unfortunately we're unable to refund the return postage or initial postage costs but we'll happily send any replacements items free of charge.
