An Important Message From The Factory
We’ve been listening very carefully to all our treasured colleagues working in the factory & it is clear that many increasingly feel they should be at home in the current climate.
Therefore the difficult decision has been taken to temporarily suspend production & order fulfilment.
Please note that all outstanding ‘face mask’ orders to date have been fulfilled & dispatched.
Unfortunately we weren’t able to dispatch some outstanding lingerie & sleepwear orders before closing, since face mask production was given priority, for this we’re exceptionally sorry but hope you understand & appreciate this difficult but important decision.
We anticipate re-opening the factory within the next two weeks & will be sending out all remaining orders at that stage but if at all possible, sooner.
Our online boutique is still open & accepting orders during this ‘down time’ we’ve also made a quantity of face masks available to purchase again, following their removal from sale earlier this week, however please be aware though, that we’re unable to dispatch any orders placed from today until the 14th April.
As a small business this is an incredibly tough decision and one which we’re far from alone in making. There are so many, many amazing businesses in the same predicament and our priority is to ensure the safety and well being of all our colleagues & their families.
