UK Mainland Delivery
Deliveries within mainland UK are sent via registered post or courier and we endeavour to deliver orders within 2-3 working days.
Please note that a signature may be required upon delivery so that we can ensure your purchases are received by the right person.
Alternative Delivery Addresses
You can opt to have your purchases delivered to an address other than the payment card billing address. Simply click "Add New Address" at the Delivery stage of checkout and then select your alternative address.
International Deliveries
International orders are generally delivered within 7 to 10 days but may be subject to local customs delays which are beyond our control.
Please note that you will need to take responsibility for any local import duties & for ensuring your purchases adhere to any import laws within your own country.
Unfortunately, we don't deliver to Thailand, Mexico, Indonesia, Romania, Nigeria, Vietnam, or Russia as a general rule. However if you are interested in purchasing from Kinky Knickers and live in one of these Countries we are able to ship to you so long as you accept responsibility for any loss in transit, import costs & can send your consent to us in writing.
Split Deliveries
Our primary aim is to make sure you receive all your items as quickly as possible and as part of one shipment however sometimes this may not always be possible, if for example something isn't immediately available.
When this happens we may send you the items that are ready & available along with written confirmation of the missing items and their expected delivery date.

Ordering
Ordering from Ella & me can be done directly from our website, simply select the items you wish to order, add them to your shopping cart & proceeding to the checkout to complete & pay for your order.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment for items via the Ella & me online store must be made at the point of placing your order via the Payment Gateway provided. We only use an industry recognised & trusted, secure payment gateway to ensure your transaction, payment details & personal information remain completely private.
Pricing of items can be seen on the various Ella & me product pages and from time to time may be eligible for discount or promotional pricing. In each case, promotions will be subject to our terms & conditions which may vary slightly from one promotion to another.
Viewing Orders
To view your current and / or previous orders you must first be registered as a customer of the Ella & me online store. Of course registration is entirely optional & offered as part of the 'Checkout' procedure.
Registered users are able to see live & historical orders along with any updates as well as being able to edit their own personal information. Non-registered customers will be updated on the status / progress of any orders by email and / or telephone.
